What we collect and why
When you apply, we collect your name, email, WhatsApp number if you provide one, country, the languages you sell in, the role you apply for, your sales training and experience, your available hours, your LinkedIn URL if you provide one, and the campaign or partner code of the link you used.
We use this data for one purpose: to review and select candidates for the Scale Society sales team, and to know which channel or partner referred you.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, when you submit the application.
How long we keep it
We keep your application for 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete it.
If you join the team, your data continues under the terms of your cooperation agreement, for as long as needed to run that agreement.
Who we share it with
Only the AIscienda team members involved in reviewing and selecting candidates see your application.
This website is hosted by Vercel. We do not sell your data and do not share it for any purpose beyond what is described here.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and erase your data, to object to its processing and to ask us to restrict it.
Send a request to contact@aisciendaacademy.com. We answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.
