How a setter is paid
A setter earns €25 for every appointment that takes place. A booked call that does not happen does not count, and commission is paid every week.

We look for setters who stay friendly after a no and keep a steady rhythm. Calling experience helps, and fluency in one of our six languages is required.

How to become a setter here
You become a setter at Scale Society through selection. You apply, get reviewed, join a group session and a 10-minute role-play, sign the agreement and get certified.
- A short form, about 3 minutes.
- A person reads it and decides on an invitation.
- 45 minutes on Zoom: the product, the role and the pay, with screening.
- 10 minutes. You get a scenario and we play the business owner.
- An independent cooperation agreement without exclusivity.
- Five days of listening, role-plays and a quiz, ending in certification.
- You start calling with the script and the portal.

Can I grow into closing?
